Bringing your personalised Story Sprout audio adventure to your Toniebox is simple and fun! Follow these step-by-step instructions to add your story to a Creative-Tonie and start listening in no time.

What You’ll Need:

✅ Your Story Sprout audio file (MP3 format)
✅ A Creative-Tonie (a Tonie that allows custom uploads)
✅ A Toniebox with an active Wi-Fi connection
✅ The myTonie App (available on iOS and Android) or access to the myTonie website

 

Step-by-Step Upload Guide

Step 1: Set Up Your Creative-Tonie

  1. Ensure your Creative-Tonie is linked to your Toniecloud account.
  2. Place the Creative-Tonie on the Toniebox to activate it.
  3. Open the myTonie App on your smartphone or visit myTonie in a web browser.
  4. Sign in using your Toniecloud account credentials.

 

Step 2: Upload Your Story Sprout Audio File

  1. In the myTonie App or on the website, go to Creative-Tonies in your library.
  2. Select the Creative-Tonie you want to upload your story to.
  3. Tap "Edit Content" or "Upload Content" (depending on the interface).
  4. Click "Upload Audio File" and select your Story Sprout MP3 file from your device.
  5. Wait for the upload to complete – this may take a few seconds depending on the file size.

 

Step 3: Assign & Organize Your Story

  1. Once uploaded, name the track (e.g., "Liam’s Magical Adventure").
  2. If you’ve uploaded multiple stories, you can arrange them in your preferred order.
  3. Click “Save & Sync” to ensure the file is stored on the Toniecloud.

 

Step 4: Play Your Story on the Toniebox

  1. Place the Creative-Tonie on top of the Toniebox.
  2. The Toniebox will automatically download the new story from the Toniecloud.
  3. Once downloaded, lift and replace the Creative-Tonie to start playing.
  4. Enjoy your personalised Story Sprout adventure!

 

Troubleshooting Tips

🔹 Story won’t play? Ensure your Toniebox is connected to Wi-Fi and try syncing again.
🔹 File won’t upload? Double-check that the file is in MP3 format and under 90 minutes in length.
